The GDP shall be to a scale no less than one-inch to 50 feet and shall be folded to a size not greater than nine by 12 inches. Topography as shown by contour lines with a contour interval not more than five feet. A general vicinity map providing information concerning existing street and cross street locations within one-quarter mile.
