Maximum structure height: Principal multifamily structures shall not exceed 45 feet in height. All other principal structures shall not exceed 35 feet in height. Open space: A minimum fifteen percent open space shall be provided. Landscaped area: A landscaped area of 10 feet for any residential use shall be provided when any R-7 project abuts any "R" district line.
