Minimum lot dimensions: Area: Multifamily: One acre. Width: Interior lot: 75 feet. Open space: A minimum fifteen percent open space shall be provided. Maximum density: Multifamily: Fifteen dwelling units per acre. Minimum setbacks requirements: All structures shall be located 30 feet from any street right-of-way line. Rear setback: 25 feet. Side setback: 25 feet. Maximum structure height: No principal structure or private community recreation use shall be greater than 45 feet in height.
