Maximum structure height. No structure shall exceed 55 feet in height. Minimum and maximum setback requirements: Front: Minimum setback: From any street right-of-way or alley: None. Maximum setback: No building wall shall be located more than 22 feet from the back of curb of any street. Side and rear: None adjacent to a "B" or "I" district lot line. 10 feet from any "R" district lot line for any residential use. 25 feet from any "R" district lot line for any non-residential or mixed use. Residential uses: Single-family detached or duplex dwelling units: Minimum lot area: 5,000 square feet. Minimum lot width, interior lots: 70 feet at the front setback line. Multifamily residential dwelling units: The minimum size of each residential dwelling unit shall be 600 gross square feet. A minimum of 1.5 parking spaces per residential dwelling unit shall be provided on-site
