Minimum lot dimensions: Area: 12,000 square feet. Width: Interior lots, 80 feet at the front setback line. Front, all structures shall be located a minimum of 35 feet from the front lot line. Side, all structures shall be located a minimum of ten feet from any side lot line, and the two side yards shall total a minimum of 25 feet with no side yard less than ten feet wide. Rear, all principal structures shall be located a minimum of 25 feet from the rear lot line. Maximum structure height: No structure shall be greater than 35 feet in height.
