Notwithstanding any other requirement of this chapter, a home business, where permitted, shall be subject to the following requirements. (b) General requirements. (1) A maximum of one home business shall be located in a single-family detached dwelling unit, and shall neither change the character of the dwelling unit nor exhibit any exterior evidence of a non-residential use. ...
