From the ordinance

The minimum lot frontage in all districts shall be 25 feet, subject to the following: (1) Lot frontage is measured at the street or road line; minimum lot width is measured at the building or setback line... (2) Where the lot is large enough in area to permit re-subdivision at some future time under current regulations, the minimum lot frontage shall be 50 feet.
