From the ordinance
For residential lots containing or intended to contain a single-family dwelling or two-family dwelling served by individual water and sewage disposal systems, the minimum lot area shall be 1.5 acres for each dwelling unit. The minimum side yard setback for each single-family dwelling shall be ten feet. Each main structure shall have a minimum rear yard setback of 25 feet. Residences: 40 feet (maximum).
