From the ordinance
There is no minimum lot area requirement in the industrial limited (I-1) district. Any permitted structures (except for utilities, amateur radio towers, or structures regulated under the telecommunications chapter): 60 feet maximum. The minimum side or rear yard adjoining or adjacent to a residential or agricultural district shall be 50 feet.
