From the ordinance
There is no minimum lot area requirement in the general commercial district (C-2). All permitted structures: 80 feet, maximum. The minimum side or rear yard setback adjoining or adjacent to a residential or agricultural district shall be 30 feet; 25 feet of which shall contain a vegetative buffer.
