From the ordinance
In the residential limited district (R-1), the minimum lot areas for residences shall be 1.5 acres. The minimum side yard setback for each main structure shall be 15 feet. Each main structure shall have a rear yard setback of at least 35 feet. Residences: 40 feet maximum.
