From the ordinance
There is no minimum lot area requirement in the light commercial district (C-1). All permitted structures: 60 feet maximum. The minimum side or rear yard setback adjoining a residential or agricultural district shall be 30 feet; 25 feet of which shall contain a vegetative buffer.
