Section 3-5 (Buffer Area)6 standards

The 100-foot buffer area shall be deemed to achieve a 75 percent reduction of sediments and a 40 percent reduction of nutrients.

Section 3-5-13 standards

Upon the completed review of a water quality impact assessment associated with a proposed encroachment into the 100-foot buffer area, the Town Manager will determine if any proposed modification or reduction to the buffer area is consistent with the provisions of this Section...

Section 3-5-24 standards

Section 4-1018 standards

Off-street parking requirements. Parking spaces shall be sized in accordance with Exhibit 10. Small car spaces may be provided for up to 30% of required spaces for nonresidential uses. Loading berths at least 12 ft wide and 40 ft long with 14 ft overhead clearance.

Section 4-1115 standards

Landscaping and buffering requirements. 5% of interior of parking lot landscaped. 2 trees per 10 spaces. Buffer along rights-of-way for commercial/industrial: 20 ft wide. Tree preservation on slopes >=25% and within 100 ft of watercourse.

Section 4-11-5c,d,f10 standards

Every fourth row of parking shall be separated by a median strip of not less than ten feet (10') in depth... Each parking row shall terminate in a landscape island of not less than ten (10) feet in width... All other landscaped areas shall contain a number of trees equal to or in excess of one tree and two shrubs per 3,000 square feet.

Section 4-11-811 standards

a fence or wall shall not be more than four (4) feet in height along the front lot line and within the front yard setback and six (6) feet in height along a side lot line and rear lot line.
