Lot, Waterfront: A lot that includes, touches upon, or is within 100 feet of the mean low water mark of a natural or man-made body of water or a wetland.
Resource Protection Area (RPA): ... A buffer area not less than 100 feet in width located adjacent to and landward of the components listed above, and along both sides of any tributary stream.

Flood plain: Those areas of the Town of Warsaw subject to inundation by water of the one hundred (100) year flood.
Manufactured Home: A structure subject to federal regulation, which is transportable in one or more sections; is eight body feet or more in width and forty body feet or more in length in the traveling mode, or is 320 or more square feet when erected on site;
On a lot occupied by a multiple-unit dwelling, the private garage may be designed and used for the storage of one and one-half (1½) times as many automobiles as there are dwelling units.
The side yard on the side facing the side street shall be thirty (30) feet or more from the street right-of-way for both main and accessory building.
