General provisions
335 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
Length of blocks shall not exceed 1,200 feet in length. In any townhouse development, the minimum lot width shall be no less than 20 feet and the minimum lot depth shall be not less than 100 feet. Each group of townhouses shall have at least 15 feet of side yard. Except for townhouse developments, lot depths shall not exceed two and one-half times the width of the lot.
