  Address/identification signs, artwork, directional signs, flags/emblems/insignia, handicapped parking signage, security/warning signs, official notices, private drive signs, public signs, signs not visible from public right-of-way, public information signage.

• Illegal temporary sign removal

  Illegally placed temporary signs shall be removed by the town at the sole expense of the property owner, sign owner, and/or the individual responsible.

• Sign permit required

  No sign shall be erected, displayed, altered, relocated, or replaced until a sign permit has been issued, except exempt signs.

  All signs are considered accessory uses of real property and shall be located on the premises of the principal use to which they pertain.
