- Access distance from intersection50 ft
The entrances and exits to all required accessory off-street loading berths shall be located not less than 50 feet from the intersection of any two street lines.
- Loading berth dimensions
Off-street loading berths, open or enclosed, shall have minimum dimensions of: length: 55 feet; width: 12 feet; and vertical clearance: 15 feet.
- Location of loading facilities
All off-street loading facilities shall be located in the rear of the principal building.
- Screening of loading berths adjacent to residential
All permitted or required open off-street loading berths located adjacent to residences or a residential district shall be screened from the adjoining residential district by a strip at least 4 ft wide with shrubs/trees, or a wall/fence at least 6 ft high but not more than 8 ft high.
- Surfacing
All permitted or required open off-street loading berths shall be surfaced with asphalt, concrete or other hard surfaced material, and constructed so as to provide for adequate drainage and prevent the release of dust.
