- Access distance from intersection50 ft
The entrances and exits of all required or permitted accessory off-street parking facilities with five or more spaces shall be located not less than 50 feet from the intersection of any two streets.
- Parking space dimensions
Each accessory off-street parking space, open or enclosed, shall be a minimum of nine feet wide and 20 feet long exclusive of drives, ramps and aisles.
- Screening of parking areas adjacent to residential
Open off-street parking areas with five or more parking spaces adjacent to residential district shall be screened by a strip at least 4 ft wide with shrubs/trees at least 4 ft high, or a wall/fence at least 6 ft high.
- Surfacing
All off-street parking areas shall be surfaced with asphalt, concrete or other hard-surfaced dustless material and so constructed to provide for adequate drainage.
