The following standards pertaining to parking, loading and circulation shall apply in the PD-TOC District.

A property owner wants to locate a convenience store in the CS zoning district, adjacent to land that zoned R-10. The convenience store property would be required to include a Landscape Buffer Class "C" of 15 feet in width
Screening for vehicular use areas shall form a continuous visual screen... Shrubs shall be planted no less than three feet on center.
