Within the PD-TOC district up to two and one-half percent of required parking spaces may be sized for motorcycles.

Such access drives, whether located within one parcel or across multiple parcels, shall not be less than 40 feet in width from building façade to building façade.
- Tandem parking allowed with valet, dedicated to single unit, or automated system
Within the PD-TOC district, tandem parking is permitted when valet parking is provided during operating hours, or when the spaces are dedicated to a single dwelling unit, or when a fully automated parking system has been installed in a parking area.
