Article. Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Overlay District, Sec. 32-180 to 32-19110 standards

The Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act Overlay District shall apply to all lands identified as CBPAs as designated by the town council and as shown on the zoning district map.

Wherever this article permits a sign with commercial content, non-commercial content is also permitted subject to the same requirements of size, color, illumination, movement, materials, location, height, construction, and other requirements of this article.

Except as otherwise prohibited in this article, the following signs are permitted as an accessory to residential uses in residential districts. Moving signs and electronic message signs are prohibited on residential properties in all residential districts.
