Signage

• Commercial signs limited

  Commercial signs are limited to existing legal non-conforming uses and permitted or conditional uses in that residential district.

• Temporary signs during election period45 days

  With all other requirements met, the number of temporary signs is unrestricted during the 45 day period immediately preceding a general election.

• Maximum sign area for minor sign3 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.
