Section 7.01.07.A2 standards

Maximum building height is reduced when building construction is proposed after December 13, 2023 and the site is located within 200 feet of a zoning district with a lower maximum building height... Within 100 feet of the zoning district boundary: 15 feet taller than the adjacent zoning district's maximum building height; and Between 100 and 200 feet: 45 feet taller.

Section 7.01.07.A4 standards

Within 100 feet: 15 feet taller than adjacent; between 100 and 200 feet: 45 feet taller.

Section 7.01.07.B1 standards

New development in the following zoning districts must provide perimeter setbacks: TR, TSN, TCN, and TCC; and OP, IP, GI, or MR-HI if adjacent to a TR, TSN, TCN, or TCC Zoning District. The Perimeter Setback must be provided with a minimum width of 100 feet.
