Development of 5 or more dwelling units must provide a portion of the required open space as active recreation open space as follows: a minimum of 5,000 square feet for the first 10 dwelling units plus 200 square feet for each additional SFA or MF dwelling unit and 100 square feet for each additional SFD dwelling unit.
