Maximum building height is reduced when building construction is proposed after December 13, 2023 and the site is located within 200 feet of a zoning district with a lower maximum building height, provided the difference is greater than 15 feet. Within 100 feet: 15 feet taller than adjacent; between 100 and 200 feet: 45 feet taller.
