Section 4.08.072 standards

The maximum aggregate size of permanent retail sales areas within structures is 10,000 square feet in gross floor area or an FAR of 0.02, whichever is greater. Sales areas for accessory products are limited to 25% of the gross sales area.

Hours of Operation are limited to 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
