    Exterior lighting is subject to Section 7.05.02.C.2.

  • AR Cluster Subdivision restrictions

    Commercial wineries are prohibited on Common Open Space Lots within a Cluster Subdivision. The commercial winery must be located on a parcel with a producing vineyard, orchard, or similar growing area. Commercial wineries up to 20,000 square feet of gross floor area require Minor Special Exception review and approval. Commercial wineries that exceed 20,000 square feet of gross floor area require Special Exception review and approval.

    Hours of Operation are limited to 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The minimum lot area for a Commercial Winery is 10 acres. The maximum floor area ratio is 0.04. The minimum setback is 125 feet from all lot lines.
