Agricultural Processing is permitted as accessory to a principal on-site agriculture use. At least 51% of the products used for processing and/or preparation must be derived from on-site agriculture uses. Subject to Section 4.08.03.
- AR-1 and AR-2: Cluster Subdivision permitted lots
Agricultural processing is permitted on Preservation Farm Lots, Rural Economy Cluster Lots, and Common Open Space Lots. Such use is not permitted on Residential Cluster Lots. As accessory to a principal on-site agriculture use, at least 51% of products from on-site, subject to Section 4.08.03. As principal use, subject to criteria including max building height 35 feet.

- Storage area requirements
All heavy equipment must be located within a Storage Area. Storage Areas must be screened consistent with the requirements of Section 7.04.05. Outdoor Storage Areas must be enclosed on all sides by a fence that screens the outdoor Storage Area.
- TR-10 and TR-3: Requires Special Exception
Agricultural Processing as accessory to a principal on-site agriculture use requires Special Exception review and approval. At least 51% of the products used for processing and/or preparation must be derived from on-site agriculture uses. Subject to Section 4.08.03.

Agricultural Processing is permitted as accessory to a principal on-site agriculture use in A-3, A-10, RC, JLMA-1, JLMA-2, JLMA-3, and JLMA-20 districts. In TR-10 and TR-3, requires Special Exception. In AR-1 and AR-2, permitted on Preservation, Rural Economy, and Common Open Space Lots, not Residential. Max building height 35 feet.
