Noise

A disclosure statement must be provided in accordance with Section 5.02.C.

Acoustical treatment to ensure interior noise levels within living spaces do not exceed an average sound level of Ldn 45 db(A).

A notification must be provided in accordance with Section 5.02.C.

Owner must dedicate an avigation easement to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.
- FAA certification for structures that may be hazard to air traffic
No building or other structure will be located in a manner or built to a height that constitutes a hazard to aerial navigation. Where a structure may be hazardous, it must not be erected without certification from the FAA.
