Sec. 86-1853 standards

Campgrounds: area shall contain not less than two contiguous acres; density not exceed 20 units per acre; no site less than 2,000 sq ft; accessory structures not closer than 100 ft to campground boundary or 200 ft to property line; camping limited to 14 consecutive days.

The area shall contain not less than two contiguous acres. The overall density of camping sites shall not exceed 20 units per acre, and no site shall be less than 2,000 square feet in area. Accessory structures... shall not be located closer than 100 feet to any campground boundary or closer than 200 feet to any property line. Sec. 86-1863 standards

Car wash: vehicular circulation not conflict; design similar to surrounding area; parking behind front line of principal building; car wash treated as primary use; no sales, repair, or outside storage of motor vehicles.

All car washes shall comply with the following general standards: Car washes shall be located and designed so that vehicular circulation does not conflict with traffic movements... Parking shall be located behind the front line of the principal building. Any use that has a car wash shall treat the car wash as a primary use. No sales, repair, or outside storage of motor vehicles shall be conducted on the site.

The minimum setback to property lines and/or rights-of-way not owned by the subject property owner shall be 100 feet. The unit may not be used for disposal of waste... Only one animal or human may be cremated at a time. The unit shall either be fully concealed... No on-site advertising signage shall be permitted.

Sec. 86-1892 standards

Day care center: comply with county/state codes; designated arrival/departure zones with at least one parking/stacking space per ten children; outdoor recreation areas safely separated; fence minimum 4 feet high completely enclosing outdoor recreation area.

Sec. 86-1893 standards

All day care centers shall comply with any and all requirements of county and state codes... Arrival and departure areas shall include at least one parking/stacking space per ten children. A fence a minimum of four feet in height shall completely enclose the outdoor recreation area so that children are safely contained.

Sec. 86-1903 standards

Drive-thru facilities: entrances at least 50 ft from intersection; stacking spaces 18 ft min length; located to side or rear of principal structure; not adjacent to street right-of-way; stacking spaces per table.
