All automobile repair services shall meet the following minimum standards: All vehicles stored on the premises in excess of 72 hours shall be placed in a storage yard. No exterior display or storage of new or used automobile parts is permitted. There shall be no storage of motor vehicles in landscaped areas or within ten feet of the public road right-of-way.
