General provisions
141 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
Refuse shall be stored in an area enclosed to a height of at least five feet with a concrete base and with sufficient screening (either constructed or fully developed vegetative) to prevent outside view of the stored refuse. Each refuse area shall be at least 50 feet from the nearest mobile home stand.
