From the ordinance
Paved parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with section 812 of this Land Development Ordinance. Parking facilities may be clustered to serve groups of mobile home stands provided that no parking space serving a mobile home stand shall be further than 60 feet from the stand, and that at least one of the parking spaces shall be within 30 feet of the mobile home stand.
