Home occupations must be clearly incidental and subordinate to the use of the premises for residential purposes and shall not alter the residential character of the dwelling.
Home occupations are a permitted accessory use in the A-1, RA, RR and R-1 Zoning Districts. The resident professional is a conditional use requiring a special use permit as provided for in Article 17 in the A-1, RA, RR and R-1 Zoning Districts. Cluster housing shall be applicable in the RR, R-1, R-2 and R-3 Districts only.
