Home occupations are a permitted accessory use in the A-1, RA, RR and R-1 Zoning Districts. The resident professional is a conditional use requiring a special use permit as provided for in Article 17 in the A-1, RA, RR and R-1 Zoning Districts. Land application of biosolids is authorized only in the A-1 and RA zoning districts.
