Conical surface: A surface extending horizontally 20 feet for every one foot vertically from the periphery of the horizontal surface. Horizontal surface: A horizontal plane 150 feet above the established airport elevation. Transitional surfaces: slope of seven feet horizontally for each foot vertically.
