Utility-scale solar energy systems shall be considered as a principal use. ... No utility-scale solar energy system shall be located within one mile of a village development area. Utility-scale solar energy systems shall be located within one mile of a high-voltage transmission line (HVTL).

§ 325-34.310 standards

Residential wind energy systems (RWES) shall be permitted in the A-5, RP-5, RR-3, R-10, R-5 and R-3 Zoning Districts as an accessory use for a residential dwelling or an accessory structure.
