Planned Conditional Recreational District PCRD
The purpose of the Planned Conditional Recreational District is to permit development of planned recreational facilities on a minimum of 750 acres under one ownership or control.
The Zoning Administrator shall require all individuals, corporations, agencies or other entities to apply for and receive a permit prior to building and operating a human services facility.
