- Screening and buffering required on rezonings
Screening and buffering shall be utilized on all subsequent rezonings to a B-1 Business District zone on all sides adjoining a residential district. Such buffers shall contain a screen, fence, or landscape planting which shall be designed and planted to be at least 50% solid, year-round, when viewed horizontally from between two and six feet above average ground level.

Front: Ten feet for streets/roads with 50 feet or more right-of-way. Thirty-five feet for streets/roads with less than 50 feet right-of-way. Side: none. Rear: none. Frontage: 50 feet. Thirty-five feet maximum for occupied structures.
