General provisions

Sec. 2.4.53 standards

The occupancy of the affordable units must be restricted to those households with incomes at or below 80 percent of the area median income for for-sale units and at or below 60 percent of the area median income for rental units.

No temporary industrialized building shall remain on the site for more than three years after obtaining the zoning clearance; ... may extend ... up to two successive periods of one year each

Sec. 20-5.8 (temporary industrialized buildings)2 standards

If the permanent structure serving the primary use is thereafter expanded at any time while the temporary industrialized building is on the site, the temporary industrialized building shall be removed within 30 days after the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the permanent structure;

PUD districts may hereafter be established by amendment to the zoning map in accordance with the provisions set forth generally for PD districts in sections 8.0 and 33.0, and with densities and in locations in accordance with the comprehensive plan.

The following uses are permitted by right if the use is expressly identified as a by right use in the code of development... The minimum area devoted to green space is as follows: For areas shown in the land use element of the comprehensive plan as neighborhood density residential, urban density residential, transitional, neighborhood service, community service, or office service, the area devoted to green space shall be at least 20 percent of the gross acreage of the area proposed to be rezoned.

The following uses shall be permitted in the DCD... For residential uses: One space for each dwelling unit having one bedroom; two spaces for each dwelling unit having two or more bedrooms. For all non-residential uses other than assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities, one space per 1,000 square feet of net floor area.

Sec. 20B.2, 20B.3, 20B.4, 20B.5, 20B.6, 20B.716 standards

The following uses shall be permitted in the DCD... parking: one space per dwelling unit having one bedroom; two spaces for each dwelling unit having two or more bedrooms.
