Bonus factors shall be applied as provided in the district regulations. Environmental standards bonus factors shall be awarded for development that meets or exceeds the environmental standards set forth in this chapter. Development standards bonus factors shall be awarded for development that meets or exceeds the development standards set forth in this chapter. Affordable housing bonus factors shall be awarded for development that provides affordable housing units as set forth in this chapter.
