The following uses shall be permitted by right in the PUD district... The overall gross density so approved shall be determined by the board of supervisors... but shall, in no event, exceed 35 dwelling units per acre. Not less than 25 percent of the residential area of any PUD shall be in open space. Structures may be erected to a height not to exceed 65 feet.
