§ 18.104.010

Off-street parking shall be required in all districts according to the following provisions. Single-family, duplex and multiple-family residence dwellings: Two spaces per dwelling unit.

§ 18.104.02010 standards

Off-street parking spaces in all districts shall not occupy any part of sight distance area. Required parking may be provided in the front or street side yard area when property is used for single-family or two-family dwellings. For multiple-dwelling uses, parking spaces shall be located ten feet behind front and street side property lines.

§ 18.104.0302 standards

The minimum width of a commercial encroachment for two-way traffic shall be twenty-four feet. The minimum width of a commercial encroachment for one-way traffic shall be twelve feet.

§ 18.104.0403 standards

Private off-street loading space for the handling of all goods, materials and equipment shall be provided as listed below: For the first ten thousand square feet of a building's gross floor area, one off-street loading space; for each additional thirty-five thousand square feet of gross floor area, one additional space.

§ 18.104.0501 standards

The provisions of this chapter may be waived wholly, or in part, by the director of community development upon presentation of evidence that strict adherence to the parking standards would create undue hardship or inconvenience to the operators of commercial uses located within the boundaries of the Westwood community services district.
