Industrialized containers are subject to the following: Must be placed on a property that has a principal structure; There shall be no more than six industrialized containers on any site; Shall not be attached to a non-industrialized container or other structures, excluding other industrialized containers; Shall not be stacked atop one another, regardless of design; Must be connected to City water and sewer, as determined by the Zoning Administrator with consultation from the Public Utilities Department; Must be parallel to a public road.
