Other provisions: One building mounted or freestanding sign up to 50 square feet and no more than eight feet tall is permitted per public street entrance to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) or subdivision. Up to three temporary signs with commercial messages are permitted at one time and shall be allowed only while the following activities are occurring on the property: 1.
