Floodplain

• Recreational vehicle maximum size400 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.

  Four hundred square feet or less when measured at the largest horizontal projection

• Repetitive loss cost threshold25 pct

  cost of the repair, on the average, equaled or exceeded 25 percent of the market value

• Repetitive loss occurrences2 occurrences

  two occasions in a ten-year period

• Severe repetitive loss claim amount5,000 dollars

  amount of each such claim exceeding $5,000.00

• Severe repetitive loss claim count4 claims

  four or more separate claims payments

• Severe repetitive loss cumulative amount20,000 dollars

  cumulative amount of such claims payments exceeding $20,000.00
