Design
- Tower color must be galvanized steel or white
Large-scale wind facility or small-scale wind facility towers must maintain a galvanized steel or white finish, unless FAA standards require otherwise.
Lighting
- Full-cutoff luminaires required
Lighting of other parts of the wind facility, such as appurtenant structures, shall be limited to that required for safety and operational purposes, and shall be full-cutoff luminaries.
