Fencing & walls

- Site plan required
Before any permit shall be issued or construction commenced on any permitted use in this district, site plans and other documentation, in sufficient detail to show the location of the structure and accessory uses and the operations and processes of the proposed use, shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator for study.
From the ordinance
The minimum lot size shall be 30,000 square feet. Buildings shall be located 40 feet or more from any street right-of-way. The minimum frontage shall be 150 feet. Each side and rear yard shall be a minimum of 30 feet from the principal structure... Structures may be erected up to a height of 35 feet. The maximum building coverage on a lot shall be 80% with a required minimum green area of 20%.
