From the ordinance
The minimum lot size shall be 45,000 square feet. Buildings shall be located 40 feet or more from any street right-of-way. The minimum frontage shall be 150 feet. Each side and rear yard shall be a minimum of 30 feet from the principal structure... Structures may be erected up to a height of 45 feet. The maximum building coverage on a lot shall be 80% with a required minimum green area of 20%.
