From the ordinance
The minimum lot area shall be 1½ acres... The minimum frontage for each lot shall be no less than 175 feet. Structures shall be located 40 feet or more from the front lot line. Each side yard for each main structure shall be a minimum of 40 feet. Each main structure shall have a rear yard of 90 feet or more. The maximum building coverage on a lot shall be 20%. Structures may be erected up to 35 feet in height.
